Our Dog Walking group meets twice a month usually on a Tuesday although other days may be arranged occasionally depending on weather or circumstance.

The group's objective is to give our dogs (and us) the chance to socialise and we don't aim to set any walking records.

There isn't a detailed programme as things are so weather dependent. Information about the next walk is sent out a week before with enough detail (hopefully) for people to know what to expect.

Some walks are local to Hornsea and some will be further afield. Walks will be varied at times with regard to length and terrain.  There is usually a refreshment stop (e.g. cafe or local pub) planned with the walk.

It is up to group members to choose which walks they join - there is no expectation that you come to every one.  With regard to walks all our walk leaders are group members who volunteer their services. They have no special training.
