Members need to pay in full when they sign up for a theatre trip and if they cannot go for any reason, they are then responsible for selling their ticket to another member if possible or someone else who will buy their ticket. We try and help put members in touch with each other if we know someone is looking for a ticket. The organisers need to know if someone else will take their place and where they will be catching the theatre bus - either Morrow Avenue or Market Place, Hornsea. The tickets are advertised a few months ahead so we get the benefit of "early bird" discounts which help keep the costs of the trip down. The tickets are put on reserve and then have to be paid for within a reasonable time to allow the Booking Office to sell them themselves. THE ORGANISERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TICKET ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT, only to make sure you receive it on the day.

Members who need a carer, who is not a member, can be accompanied by them. They must be paid for but we try to get a concession where possible.
Members are picked up by the HART bus or Beverley Community Lift bus at The Car Park, Morrow Avenue or The Rose and Crown in Market Place and we try wherever possible to book a Thursday matinee for performances. Ballet or Opera are mostly an evening performance. We also go to Scarborough, Bridlington or York as well which may be a different day.

Please ensure you always have a list of your medication with you on all theatre trips.

Cost covers theatre and transport. There may have to be a slight adjustment depending on diesel costs from January onwards
